The are two tyeps of flexible LED strips, waterproof and non-waterproof. Rated as IP 65~IP68, there are different waterproof technology, including:

1. Epoxy sealing on the top
2. Silicone sleeve protect
3. Silicone sleeve plus epoxy sealing

The third one is the hightest waterproof method, can be used in full out door application, like outdoor deck decoration, building decoration etc.
